No binomial system!

If I could change one thing in Chilean politics, would be the Chilean system of election, this system is known as binominal system. I would change the binominal system because it is the principal source of inequality in the representation of the people. The binominal system was created during Pinochet’s dictatorship for to fortify the second majority, but principally this system was created for cannot include small and medium social groups in the parliament. These social groups are the majority of the population. I would change this system of election for a representative system, as the system proportional to population.
